We have over 60 years of combined teaching experience between the two of us. Each of us has over three decades in a variety of settings with children in all age groups, socio-economic statuses, ability levels and behaviorally challenged backgrounds. Yes! All our services, including our online community, testing services and homeschool evaluations, are available to homeschool families across the U.S.

As Christians, we created The Homeschool Well to be a God-centered place of encouragement for homeschool moms. To better equip parents to teach well, learn well and be well, we have included faith-based resources (such as scripture memory activities) along with reading, writing and mathematics to help you and your children grow spiritually as well as academically.

Our community’s name was inspired by John 4:14: "But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."

Homeschooling can feel intimidating at first, which is why we focus on coaching and connecting moms through our online homeschool community. In addition to resources geared toward moms who are just getting started, we are here to answer questions about homeschooling and help you find your footing in this new adventure.

When you become a member of our online community, you can ask questions about homeschooling and get answers from us and other homeschool families 24/7 in our online forum on our website (no social media account required). It's a welcoming space to post questions, wins, ideas and prayer requests any time of day or night. 

After you check out, you will create a login and get immediate access to our entire member area.

Yes! Weekly calls, workshops and monthly office hours are all included in the membership.

No worries! Weekly meetups are recorded so you can watch later. You can submit questions ahead of time and ask questions in the forum as well.

We know homeschool moms are busy so most trainings are under an hour and you can stop them and come back to your place at any time.

No problem. We offer a limited number of individual coaching calls per month for all your questions about homeschooling. You can add on a one-time coaching session at checkout or browse our store for more coaching packages.

Not at all! We work with homeschool moms at every stage and have resources for every level of experience, from beginners to veterans.

During the one-on-one session, we will provide personalized ideas, solutions and resources for your family, as well as share all notes, files and video from our meeting. After each session, we will provide next steps and book additional sessions if needed.

Absolutely! With our many years of experience working with all types of kids as well as various homeschool curricula, we can help you match learning materials to your unique learner.

If you are ready to homeschool in Florida or are already homeschooling, it is important to know your parent-educator responsibilities. We encourage you to read the statute from the Florida Legislature for everything you need to know. As part of the annual assessment requirement, we offer portfolio evaluations with a certified teacher including documentation for parents to send to the district office. The resources in our online community cover a wide range of topics, including reading, handwriting and planning. We also offer classes available as a one-time purchase for non-members, including Reading Tutoring, Foundations of Handwriting and an Interactive Read-Aloud as well as live online reading tutoring with a reading specialist.

Membership to our online community gives you access to our library of training sessions and resources for homeschooling. We also offer resources as a one-time purchase in our online store and for free through our blog, free downloads and podcast.

Our online classes are pre-recorded and can be completed at your own pace. Weekly meetups are also recorded so you can access them later.

We offer all services including testing, coaching and classes to any families or groups living in the U.S. Homeschool evaluations are limited, however, to families living in Florida.
